Mary Ann Pidgeon, who has a LL. M. from the Villanova University School of Law, heads the firm's Real Estate and Estate Planning and Probate departments. Mrs. Pidgeon is a member of the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, a member and past president of the Real Estate Section of the Mercer County Bar Association and has a Diplomate in Municipal Law from Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys. She also served on the Supreme Court of New Jersey's Middlesex County Board of Attorney Ethics.

John Pidgeon heads the firm's local government, zoning and planning and commercial law departments. Mr. Pidgeon, who has a Diplomate in Municipal Law from Rutgers University and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys, has thirty-two years of municipal experience. He currently serves as the municipal attorney for Bernardsville Borough in Somerset County and Long Hill Township in Morris County and as Planning Board and Board of Adjustment Attorney for the City of Rahway in Union County. Mr. Pidgeon also has served as attorney for the Hightstown Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment and has appeared on behalf of applicants before Boards of Adjustment and Planning Boards throughout Mercer, Morris, Somerset and Middlesex Counties. Mr. Pidgeon has served as Chairman of the Plainsboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and a member of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Board of Education and is currently on the board of trustees of the Plainsboro Non Profit Housing Corporation. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys.
